I think it's pronounced with the SILENT "T"... as if it's just CHORT....pretty sure

I don't think there's any other way it COULD be pronounced!

I've always pronounced the T, for me it's the question whether the 'chort' part should be pronounced as 'short' or 'gort' (with a Dutch/German G sound).
