My roommate makes a zine themed around DIY metal/punk and weed. It's rather popular around here and she's doing her zine release (I believe it's the 7th issue) on 4/20, with a house show featuring all cover bands. Members of PLF, Blaspherian, TurboKrieg, War Master and Dissent have put together a Death cover band for that night. Turbokrieg is doing Metallica. There's more but half the bands that said they wanted to play never learned covers so I have no idea how the rest of the bands are gonna turn out.

Came out to a house party with Saviours after they last played in Dublin. Wasn't at the gig but they seemed like sound enough guys, I think.
