How do you know if you have a metal throat?

Obviously for the great fiery passion I have for metal, death metal, metalcore, and similar music alike, I have tried to sing along with songs. (enjoying music is always better when you sing along right?) hehe

but yeah, ive practiced it and have been doing it for atleast 2 years now. How do I tell if im any good?

In my honest opinion I think im pretty good. But the last thing ill ever do is let that be the only judge; everyone thinks they're good at singing.
