Some suggestions

thought a forum chat box would be nice for us to propagate our thoughtful conversations and randomly assorted ideas. Should be able to see it no matter what section of the forum you're in, even when you're in a thread, that way everybody can participate at all times ( I know of a forum or two with this type of chat box available, very nice). Just make sure images and whatnot cant be posted in them, or else major trolling and spamming will ensue.

Another suggestion is like and dislike buttons for every posts, i know of this on other forums as well and is quite nice. Very self explanatory. Rep system is not the same cause it's anonymous and private.
