What dictates how an instrument should or should not be played? Even better, Who is qualified to dictate this? One should just play the instrument how they like to, experiment when they want, come up with good music and have that be that.

For sure man, he was always super chill whenever i met him. One of the greatest things ive ever witnessed was seeing him do back to back sets with augury and quo vadis... talk about a bass clinic.
