Blabbermouth Article.

I'm very color based when it comes to album art and it generally as an effect on the music itself for me. I wonder if the band will be sticking with Blue a lot on the next album like they did with Concealed.

This is gonna be so awesome. Judging by the mastery performed on Faith Puppeteers and Skyless. Shit.

I started recording the vocals last week. We will mix FE in November. The title refers to the fact that the source for everything I talk about in the lyrics is quite fragmented. I just kind of connected the dots and came with some storytelling by correlating similar events told in different legends or else...

We save the big details for the big launch this winter!

1) It takes long to record. That or that word sounds slurred? Let's record it over and over.
The soundmen with whom we work are much younger than I am and they are disturbed at the idea that my six first recordings took like 2 weeks.. That's technology. If those were to be transfered to digital, mistakes would become obvious and we would want to re record it.

2) We have to deal with personels availability. Sometimes a soundman's previous project takes more time, and when he is available... shit we are on tour that week!!!! We sometimes wait a lot.

for yourself or one of your friends/clients? I personally love the look of your Sunburst Ibanez :P

I'm getting Roter guitars in Poland to build me something pretty cool. Just a straight forward metal guitar. Specs are:

Wenge/Mahogany Neckthru with Maple body wings and flamed maple caps
7 string, 24 fret 27'' scale with Ebony fretboard
T.O.M fixed bridge (string thru)
single bridge Bareknuckle Warpig pickup

I can't get IMG tags to work. so here's the link to a pic :)

http://picasaweb.google.com/BlackSee...78447721181202
http://picasaweb.google.com/BlackSee...78371438058642

The Wenge, Mahogany, and Maple combined with the pickup specs will work great with my amp and playing style!

I'm curious. Will there be those cool female singers in the new record? I know they are not in the band anymore, but maybe some other singers?

I'm pretty sure they're settling as a quartet now since getting singers for live has proven to be a burden from what I hear. All is possible though!

I don't see any microphones set up for the kick drum. So, triggers?

That's probably because they are setting everything up in the pictures. And they would still need microphones to trigger.

You could replace the kick drum sound from a mic in post, yes, but I just assumed since there were no mics in the first couple pictures that they would have a clip on MIDI trigger or something of the sort.

Also, two stereo overhead SDC's and two stereo LDC's in the back corners works fucking wonders.

I recently recorded a kit with two 4050's (in omni) in the back of the room, and two KM184's over the kit, great sound!
