Ahephaim, the magical square is complete...

As Alsvid was only helping us out as a session drummer for the recordings, it was time to get a proper and official drummer again!
Ahephaim is the new drummer of Enthroned, he did his debut with the band at the Mean fest last july.
Ahephaim is a long time relative to the band, but for some reasons, couldn't play with us back in the days.
Now lots of things changed in Enthroned and the right time for this collaboration has arrived.

He's a good drummer for sure, despite of the mistake he made on the metalmeanfest ;)

Is there a special meaning behind the name or not?

He couldn't play with you guys for some reasons in the past, hmm, was it because of sabathan?

I know I know, I always keep on asking you questions :p

he lives in France and he couldn't always make it to the rehearsals because of his job + the distance was too big, right N?

exact!
it would mean something like one rehearsal a month if we would be lucky, so... but we wish him good luck and apparently he started or gonna start a new black/thrash band. I'm sure it'll kick ass!

Has Ahephaim performed in any other bands prior to joining you guys? Is he actually 'related' to anyone in the band - since you mentioned he's a long-time relative - or just basically a long-term friend/confident of the band?

How come he wasn't able to perform with you sooner, might I ask? Just curious. I hope you don't mind Nornagest. Thanks.

I already thought so since Glaurung was not recording the album that it will probably end up like this, I guess the reasons why he didn't wanna perform in Enthroned before has perhaps to do with some ex member, no?
