Sounds like you guys are tuned to C possibly D standard? Could you confirm and what do do you guys feel about tabs and will there be any for you?

C# Standard. I can't imagine we'll be doing any tabs, none of us have ever really been the tabbing type. I don't think I could tab a whole song even if I tried.

Hey guys, fellow Canadian here.

I'd really like to transpose "Charmony" into an arrangement for string quartet (in the vein of the Hampton String Quartet, if anyone's familiar), but it is definitely very complicated. =P I can really see the potential for a classical arrangement, and I think it would sound great.

It would just be for fun, using a computer program to write and play it. But who knows, maybe myself or someone else could use it someday. Accredited entirely to the band, of course. =) You've said you guys aren't big on tabbing, but if you could, that would be amazingly helpful. I think the band could appreciate the artistic value of it as well.

So what do you say? Should I just try to write it by ear?
