I'm probably in the minority here when I say that I actually dig this new track over the last two albums tbh. Granted both Misery and The Decaying Light were really good albums in their own right and deserve the praise they've earned, but I really dig the moody, somber atmosphere of this one song. It kind of has a bit of an Immolation vibe to it.

Also I like the fact that the vocals are more audible and have more of a commanding presence this time. Whereas in the past they were buried deep within the mix and sounded muffled.

formed by members who were in the post "schism" Negura band. definitely inferior to Dordeduh and old Negura... it also seems less atmospheric and more "metal"

Y'all are smokin rocks. I can't think of anything this sounds like. Also, as much as I love older Ulcerate, it's riff salad to the max. Ad Nauseam's compositions are more nuanced and thematic, while still retaining that acrobatic death metal finesse.

Sounds excellent. Been waiting for this to drop for some time now and it didn't disappoint. And as much as I like Ulcerate, their past few albums haven't felt nearly so fresh or interesting to me.

Heh, some time last year I just happened to stumble upon your 2020 thread when looking for new music. Since my tastes aligned decently well I decided to lurk to keep up with new releases. (also recognized Odium and Oleg from Youtube which was neat)

Finally joined out of boredom mostly. Didn't think I'd ever be posting on forums again after discord but here I am.
