You mean an episode, or a season, or what are you talking here?

For episode I would recommend "The Opposite". It is where George decides everything in his life he's done wrong, so now he'll just do the opposite of everything he would normally do.

For a season, I'd rec Season 5.

Aside from the aforemention episode, it also has "The Marine Biologist", where Kramer golfs into the ocean, and George has to save a suffocating whale.
