best interface with garage band

Hey guys, quick question. I recently got a MacBook Pro and since it has GarageBand installed, i figured its time to stop talking about recording and actually do it, or at least start. I understand garageband is limited, but its what i have, so my question is what interface would be best with it. It seems the Line 6 UX2 studio and the M-Audio fast track seem to have favorable reviews, my budget is around 200-400. Just using it for rough demos ideas between me and mu guitar player is all. Any suggestions?

Get a proper sound card like the Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6. The pre-amps in the Line 6 stuff is poor.

The software is up to you. I prefer actual gear. Personal preferences. Go and try them out, see what suits you best.

PreSonus do quality gear, you could pick up a small audio interface within the budget you described.
