What a good taste. I dig Piazzola too... I'm pretty sure you've listened to the Piazzola/Mulligan CD: "Summit - Reunion Cumbre" A must!

No, I never heard that one. It looks like it's from his "fusion" era, which I must say I am not all that into. My favorite Piazzolla eras are either when he played with an orchestra or with the quintet in his later years. He definitely rules, though, and his music is what got me started playing the bandoneon three years ago.

I also think you would dig on Slowdive (one of the greatest bands EVER!)

Haha... I am... ;-)

If you won't be into Thrash anymore I'd ask to get my Sodom "In The Name Of Sodom" bootleg LP back... haha... I gave that one to you, didn't I? Or did I gave it to Phil Nauman from the Brutalized zine. I just remember that both of you were interested in it back in the day.

You still have those live-recordings of Onkel Tom Angelripper?

There's some small collections, but best to just own all Carpenter. Some stuff is super hard to find, though, like Big Trouble in Little China. Thank goodness for the Internet.

Send More Paramedics is FUCKING RULING. Get it. Today. Now.

I have a John Carpenter album that has tons of his scores, from his bigger, more obvious stuff (Halloween and Escape From New York) to his lesser known stuff (Prince of Darkness and Assault On Precint 13.) It even has a cover of Bad to the Bone on it! The whole thing kills and is usually in my CD player about 2-3 times a month, I got it at Borders so you might wanna check there.
