This is quite old, but I figure it's in a better state than when I posted a sample of it before. There's a bunch I would change now, but the band re-recorded it, along with new songs for a full length, so I'm not going to bother. I'll post a myspace link when the band releases the new stuff.

Dude, you've got some pretty cool ideas going on and at times it reminds me a lot of DBW but you gotta fix that mono sound. It's really hard to hear what's going on at times because the guitartracks are both centered or you fucked up and exported a mono-mix or something.

It's definitely cool and has its moments of awesomeness but to be honest it seems to be a bit too long for its own good as it tends meander a bit at times. Altough that could have something to do with the fact that I'm tired (it's 03.30 over here right now). Production is great but I think the distorted guitars could have benefited from a heavier tone.

Overall, a great job on both the material and the recording! I'd very much like to hear the band's new stuff when it's ready!

Sure thing. Yeah the guitar tone is by far the weakest thing on that recording. On their re-recorded versions and their new material, it's way fucking better.

Also, I did not write or perform on that, I was just the recording engineer/mixer. I feel the same way about the length (believe me, mixing that song is fucking hell), but now they have all kinds of tasty leads and synthesized things for the longer, repetitive sections on the latest recording.

Guitar is a mix of Jcm800 and 6505 with a tubescreamer btw, both set pretty lowgain.

No offense but pretty much everything I've heard from you is completely out of time, including this and the Serocs/Abhorrent tryouts...try to work on that.Might want to get a metronome or something.

maybe a little less bass though, unless you're going for that YOB/Electric Wizard sound.

I just played your tune right after a track from Fury & Flames, and even yours had more.

Yeah, I don't like the "bass" too much on this one...it's not even a real bass, it's a down-pitched guitar and need to tweak it a bit more.

Guitars are quad-tracked. ;)

thanx for giving it a listen.yea i agree witht he tone bit.my sound card couldnt handle the bass earlier.got it changed and thus the change in the tone.
