Fucking love this band. Gotta love Étienne Gallo's drumming and the singer's strange yet unique vocals. Not for everyone but still worth a listen.

When are Unhuman going to put out that album? The previews were very promising.

Well, Youri just finished (or is about to finish) tracking vocals with Mathieu Marcotte (who is by the way tracking the new Humanoid album as I am typing this). The new album should come out in the next months or so, according to him. Unhuman also already tracked 2 albums worth of material in the past few years if I remember correctly.

Oh and speaking of Unhuman and Quebec death metal, one of my bands (First Fragment) will be playing with them, Beyond Creation and Teramobil (another of Forest's new bands) next march. Gonna be a fun show, especially for all the nu-tech death junkies. When I asked Youri if that gig was gonna be Unhuman's album release show, he didn't reply. Let's hope it is so the album is out sooner.
